Help
Set up your business, food and capacity. Companies can then place orders while you prepare individual event quotes. The steps below cover setup and day-to-day work.
Quote and order
Create a customer, food and at least one capacity pool. A quote starts as a draft. Publish a version with an expiry date and terms; the customer accepts it in the protected portal. An order is only confirmed after capacity is checked.
Kitchen and packing team
Open a confirmed order and release the agreed version for production. Changes need a new release. Tasks can be marked complete against the current version; reload if the version is outdated.
Publish your website
Save your own provider information, legal text and an approved home page. Content stays a draft until you publish. A custom domain needs DNS ownership verification and an active certificate. English pages are only published after being translated.
Invoice, payment and correction
Add your own bank and invoice details. Issue the appropriate document and record actual transfers against receivables. Issued documents are never overwritten; corrections get their own document. Catering payments and the Tavomio software subscription are separate.
Companies, reorders and finite series
Invite buyers explicitly and grant only necessary permissions. Invoice payment needs both caterer approval and the buyer’s own permission. In the customer portal, Reorder reuses earlier wishes for a new date; current items, prices and addresses are checked again. Explicitly choose a new address when an old address is inactive. For a series, add each desired date. Remove unavailable dates in the review before placing the remaining selection as one binding order.
Import and export data
Under Settings → Data, download a CSV template, preview the file and explicitly update, create or skip each possible duplicate. There is no automatic overwrite. Review imported food before publication. The owner can download a full ZIP export including original documents; the export states its reading interval and is not a database backup.
Secure sign-in and access revocation
Set up a second factor in My account and safely store the recovery codes shown once. Each recovery code works once. Forgot password sends a temporary email link. In Team, revoke invitations before acceptance or revoke an existing member’s access and active sessions.
Custom domains and publication
Add the exact DNS records shown. Missing ownership proof or pending TLS prevents activation. Verify again after DNS changes; a domain is used only after successful checks. Website previews are private and temporary. Publication requires the owner’s verified email and complete provider details and legal text. Earlier publications can be restored as a new version.
Manage and cancel your subscription
Subscription shows your plan, usage and deadlines. A plan change requires explicit price confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the displayed period end; subsequent settlement and read/export deadlines are shown there. The Tavomio subscription pays only for the software, never catering orders.
